Hotel In San Andreas

I am travelling to San Andreas in December and would like a good hotel recommendation. I lost my leg in an accident a few years back, but get around good. So I would need something that's not extremely difficult accessibility wise. Most important: Cool people to hang with and beautiful women all around me. On the beach, clean with good food and a nice pool. All I want to do is relax for a week. I'll be alone and don't care to dive or anything like that, just relax and party a little ;) I would really appreciate your suggestions and contact emails if you have them. Thank you so much....
