Go to the INS website , There you will find the currect address for the service center that is dealing with I129 , if you do not send it to the address on the website it will be returned.

The service center to which you send your I-129F depends on where you live. Go to USCIS.gov site, but don't go by the instructions on the site. Read this press release. It contains the latest info for filing I-129F and other forms.
