My g/f told me it has been all over the news in Colombia. Mutiny in the ranks. Now they're handing out hands are they. Is that symbolic of something like he had his hand in the cookie jar or something. I mean is there some kind of message this chief of security was giving out? I wonder what brought this on? This should be really interesting.
