Holiday in Bogata 15th

I plan to fly to Bogata on 13 Aug to renew my Pensionado visa. This will give me two days, Monday and Tuesday to complete the task. Wednesday Aug. 15th is a holiday.

My question: Are offices closed on the 16th following the holiday?

The 15th is NOT a holiday, it has moved to the following monday the 20th, like most religious holidays do.

( The "Bogo" part is best pronounced so rhymes with "Pogo"). The Bogo pronounced so it rhymes with "Toga" might easier on the tongue and to the Anglophone ear, but misleads those in the spelling.
