I dont often reply and seldom post.
I may be the only one who feels this way,so I have gone ingognito to speak out and avoid tit 4 tat. In all things considered and observed I believe colombiamike to have valid reason when provoked to defend himself.I have read his post most seem valid and full of a concern for worthy issues.I believe our friend Tinto when it comes to colombiamike does delete with intent.I would suggest maybe applying the the delete rule fit everyone not someone Tinto may feel ill toward.

IP ID System is and always will be a farce. Everyone always threatens that "I'll block your IP" but you can mask your IP, log in from anywhere you want, go through a proxy server, use someone else's PC, go to an internet cafe and if you use AOL or similar ISPs your IP constantly changes and is the same as 200K people at a time.

Also, a bit closer would be to black list machine names (MAC addresses) but those do not get pulled by the browser and travel through HTTP request/response because even if it did one could still do the some of the stuff I listed above regarding IP. So no one has bothered to develop HTTP security around MAC addresses.

The only way to moderate a forum is to have a human moderator who can delete ID accounts and delete posts ~or~ use a credit card authentification system and force users to register that way.

You know they probably have like 1 file drawer in all of Cali or Bogota or fill in the blank for these foreign cedulas. So, there is some guy with a key to that drawer and the whole cedula file is probably in there (if the drawer is even locked). And we all know how CO is easily greased with some cash. Also DAS uses electronic fingerprinting and only inks two fingers. I did a quick search here and all that asshole's info came from reviewing some of your other posts. And you can get a weapons permit with only a Cédula Extranjería and DAS has nothing to do with with the process.
