IF YOU LIVE IN PATIO BONITO OR KENNEDY ARE YOU ABLE TO GET THE INTERNET IN YOUR HOME AND IS IT EXSPENSIVE TO RUN ..

I HAVE A GOOD FRIEND WHO LIVES IN CARRERA 92 SOUTH BOGOTA ..ITS SO HARD TO FIND INFORMATION ON THAT AREA ON THE INTERNET OR PHOTOS..

CARRERA 92 N42 F47 FOR EXAMPLE AS AN ADDRESS

WHAT DOES N 42 MEAN AND F47 MEAN DOES THAT MEAN NUMBER 42 AND FLOOR 47

I DONT WANT TO OFFEND MY NEW COLOMBIAN FRIEND WHO I MEET THE INTERNET HE USES A INTERNET CAFE ,,,THERE IS NOT MUCH ON THE NET ABOUT THE AREA...

Yes, internet is available in all of Bogota, the problem is that many people can't afford it. Patio Bonito is mostly inhabited by people from lower (and maybe medium-low) income brackets. It is an area of the city with relatively poor access and definitely not a touristy place, therefore there isn't not much about it on the internet. You don't really go there unless you have something specific to adress there or visit someone you know who lives there.
