High Speed Internet ISP in San Martin Meta?

Hi, I don't know exactly about internet in San Martin. I live in villavicencio most of the time and there are a lot of places with high speed internet here. But about 5 km out of the city there is no internet connection. I live in the suburbs in a "condominio" and I use internet via Comcel modem.
