high speed internet in medellin

I am looking for the fastest internet service in medellin I need it for my vonyage voip service
any info would be great

Skype works well with my plan through EPM also, though at times you'll get some static if you are trying to surf the web while talking. The plan for strata 5 runs about 80k per month
