Help!!!!!!!

I am trying to call my cousin in Colombia but the number does not seem to go through. I am trying to do a reverse number look up to see if I can get his address or to check if I have the right number. Is there anyway to do that in Colombia. A white pages or something like that. Please email me if you know what I can do. Cchickg18 at aol.com

not everyone is listed on Colombian white page's web. Please, check the correct zone code:
from USA dial 011,
plus the country code for Colombia: 57
plus the code for the city (bogota 1, cali 2, medellin 4,etc)

at the end ten(10) numbers includding the country code, city code and user phone.

Is it a cell??? Some cells require....... that you have two extra digits between the 57 3 and the number. It's usually 15 or 10. So a number would be like this "57 3 15 2689407".
