lad with the woes....just rap it up, go home, regroup and then after tending those miserable wounds, you can begin anew and hopefully not be blinded by emotions and desire and learn from the mistakes which took place. there's a lot of really wonderful ladies in colombia who don't make bars/clubs etc their hangout and who respect life and others and who would be candidates for a decent relationship. don't shop on the internet and don't look in bars and maybe you'll find what your looking for.

also like he says the embassy will, in extreme cases, arrange transportation back home. This is a last resort (they'll try to contact friends/relatives and have them wire money first) and you'll have to pay the costs with interest when you get back.

I have no idea how someone could lack so much planning and preparation in their own life, to end up in a foreign country with no backup plan and no money is beyond my comprehension, this is all self inflicted and is up there in stupidity department,and when someone points this out they should not take offense but be thanking them for showing them the light.
