HELP with telephone prefix

SO I was talking on the phone with my mother and I get repeated buzzes that someone is trying to contact me. I ignore them as I often do, because I don't like being put on hold when I am talking to someone.

Sooooo after the fact I look and it is a colombia number...can anyone help me with the location from the number...57-315-3XX-XXXX?

I suspect it is a cell phone or calling service.
