Help with a Song

Tsup!

I have been looking for a song I don't know the name. It's from a long time ago and I want to download it, cause recently I got into the Music to Iron. I have downloaded some of Pimpinela's, Yuri's, Menudo's, Flans' and Sandro's hits. Well the chorus says something like "Siempre es mejor tararararararararara tarararrara tararara tarara como un picaflor". I tried with google but nothing. Maybe you remember. In Colombia it was a hit a long time ago. If you know who sings it that would be great too. I know I don't have too much info but maybe somebody can help me.

P.S. tararara means some paragraphs I don't know.

Well... The singer is a man. And no, I don't know what else to tell you. Except that chorus with "Picaflor" at the end. Come on. It has to ring a bell to somebody.

Yes. The typical Colombian maid watches soap operas and listen to this music while ironing or sweeping. Now I'm doing this stuff by myself, I also listen to this music. It's kind of fun. By the way, thank you Louise_traveler. It wasn't easy to find the lyrics. Here the chorus I couldn't remember:

Siempre es mejor
vivir tan sólo aventuras y nada más
vivir tan sólo el momento y después volar
libre como un picaflor

Huepa je. Doesn't it make you go an dance with a broom?

Is this guy Raul Santi Colombian?

I never understood the fascination with 'múscia para planchar', I find it cheesy and boring... But there's clubs devoted to it... Hope you find the song...
