Can someone please recommend a hotel in the Cartagena area, that will allow me to get in to the city in short order but is not 100 dollars a night. Single, guy looking to explore the city and country and meet people.

Flat screen tvs with cable, air conditioning, cheap minibar, wireless and free internet in the lobby. Price includes buffet breakfast- not the BEST, but certainly not bad either. Check out website here and call direct for a reservation. Nice surprise that the hotel looked just as good as in the photos, if not better!
