I buy books from Amazon frequently and have them delivered by them directly to my address in Colombia. I know there is a delivery charge but it is not so exoensive.

go to www.tcc.com.co, they will provide you with a Miami address for you to have the Amazon order posted and ship to your house in Bogota for $2/pound (min $10). Safe and fast. Only thing you have to go to the bank to pay them the shipping before they deliver it to you.

Also try www.ultrabox.com, they receive credit card payments but I believe they have a monthly fee.
