Help Identifying Popular Colombian Songs

I just crossed over into Brazil after about a month in Colombia, and I missed three things already - the 3 songs I heard EVERYWHERE in Colombia, but never thought to ask anybody about. Any help identifying singers/song names would be much appreciated!

All are by male singers btw & and while my spanish is pretty good, I have some sort of mental block for decyphering song lyrics, so apologies for anything I butcher...

Song 1: Lyrics are something like "mi amor, me abre con tu boca, mi amor" they´re advertising this record at the beginning of an exito commercial I believe, a younger male singer.

Song 2: Definitely bar anthem type song here "ay yai yai YAAAAI que ?bonito? es la vida!" 2 male singers, in the music video I think they´re singing in a truck while rolling around Colombia. Possibly they were nominated or won a latin grammy?

Song 3: I think this belongs in the cumbia genre, but don´t know for sure, pretty mellow song about (I think) a guy losing a girl that includes a lyric that is something like "now i know what its like to be on the other side of the fence (otro lado del cordon)"
