HELP - Power of Attorney

My fiance in Colombia needs a power of attorney to fill out some forms for our Civil Matrimony on my behalf. My questions are... Where can I get one? Does anyone have a sample lying around that they can post here or send me? If not, what wording is necessary of a power of attorney, what does it need to say? Any help that you can provide is greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!

You can try and translate it into Spanish if it needs to be in Spanish - my wife did one for a specific court case purpose and typed it in Spanish and my bank's notary notarized her signature (I explained to her what it was and she was OK with notarizing it even not knowing Spanish - I guess she was just notarizing her signature and nothing else.) I work in a law firm and im sure we have a form of power of attorney lying around but wouldnt you need it translated into spanish, or can it go with an apostile? Either way if you need one, PM me.
