BTW, we filed for my wife's K-3 in July 2007. It was finally approved by USCIS in mid March. We have our interview scheduled for mid June. Normally, it is quicker, but there was a tremendous backlog at USCIS last year. If you can give me a more detailed timeline with the actions she has taken, I can advise you on what steps she should take. PM me if you like.
