heavy wall tubing in Colombia

I´m in Colombia now and trying to find heavy wall tubing for machining some parts. Everywhere I go and ask for heavy wall tubing they show me pipe. If anybody knows what it is called and where I can find it in Bogota or Villo I would sure apreciate it. Im looking for 2 1/2 ID with 3 1/4 OD and 2 1/2 ID with 3 3/4 OD. Steel 1018 or 1020 and also 304 stainless steel.
my email sudco at digitalpath.net.
