Having problems finding correct shoe size conversion for Colombia!

Greetings all! I did find a short piece about shoe and clothing conversions. But the web site suggested was useless. The address was not correct. I want to buy some soccer shoes for a friends son in Santa Marta. But nobody. I mean even the Colombians I know in Ky West are not sure of the correct conversion. The shoe stores Footlocker and Payless don't even know! The shoe stores offer USA, UK, Japan, EU and Mexico. If you are from anywhere else in the world I guess you don't need shoes!Help please!

Try this site Hello Bruce,

Take a look at this site http://www.onlineconversion.com/clothing_shoes_mens.htm

Not only does it do shoe size conversions but just about anything else you can think of. I'm almost 100% certain that they use the International conversion numbers for shoes. Hopefully someone else can confirm this. I'm going off of memory from the last time I bought shoes when I was in Colombia visiting family.

Best regards,
German Rodriguez

What size are your friends asking for? I often buy shoes in New York for people in Colombia, those doing the asking in Colombia either use US sizes, ie 9,10 whatever or they use the European ones, 34,39,43 etc, and I've never had a problem. What size do the Colombians you know ask for, how is it different from these???

Thank you for the feedback! So I should use the european conversion as in EU not UK? Thank you. What I am looking for is young mans size 37 as per his mother. Thank you again! Viva Colombia!

Boy's tennis shoes A kid in Barranquilla I know wears a children's size 30; anyone have any idea how that converts in USA sizes?

I used a few conversion tools online and it appears to be a boy's size 12 or 12.5.

Thanks in advance for your help.
