Has anyone participated at a DIAN property auction?

I am considering bidding on a property this week and I could use any insight you may offer.

I went to DIAN last week to ask around and, not surprisingly, there are a ton of hoops through which to jump. Thankfully, I've already jumped through most of the hoops and I am fully qualified & ready to go to the auction this week.

It gets really interesting because a lot of DIAN's auctions are the result of seizures from a partnership - wherein one partner managed to retain rights to a property and the other partner didn't. This means only 50% of a property may be up for auction. So it's kinda like you are buying a new friend along with a 50% share of some property.

Have you bought from DIAN? How did that go?
