Harley Fest - Festival de Verano 2008

Well, who would have known about Bike week in Bogota. Actually, not really. It is a parade of harley's on the streets of Bogota. They do have a Colombia chapter by the way, who was in full force this Saturday evening. One thing, I really like, is that people were really enjoying, and even braving the cold weather, that we have come to tolerate here in Bogota.

Come and check great pictures and videos from this event at:

I know is a Harley club, but do you organize trips around the country with other chopper brands?

That is a great question. Unfortunately, I am not in the Harley Club, just met some of their members on this weekends event. I am sure, if you google Harley Club Colombia, you will be able to find it. I hope that helps. At the same time, I saw some other chopper brands, that were on the show over the weekend. This people, just want to ride - Harley or not. So, I don't think, you will have a problem organizing trips with the Harley Club.

dogfart.......(and i really don´t understand this surge in user names related to fecal and urinary excretion functions..........lookatmepee...........but that´s another story.)

You can go to the Harley-Davidson dealer in the pink zone and there you will find Bogota Harley Owners Group. There are also a bunch of guys that have rides and all types of bikes are OK. It´s on the bulletin board.

But generally, anything under 400CC´s may not work with this group as it is mostly heavy metal.

GRINGOLOID, ... (what a sardonic handle) ... are you incarnation of some gringo and a sapiens predecessor?

Thanks for the info. Mine is a small 250 Virago, so I don`t think I`ll qualify
