New Research I don't know of any but have seen several men here in CO on this trip (my Bogota tour guide included) that I can tell had the current procedure done and it looks very good. I checked into this myself in the states. You definetely want a reputable doctor. For some strange reason the same evening after I visited Bosley I saw someone in a restaurant whose back of head was literally butchered (probably went for the lowest cost or did not check Dr. out). He obviously went to a bad doctor. He had his head shaved so I could see. Bosley was very expensive but forthright. They told me if I wear my head shaved do not have hair transplants done since the scares are very visible even if done right. The sales rep. from Bosley showed me his and visible but nothing like the butchering I saw. If you use curent technology make sure whichever Dr. you use promises the graft scares (one continous line from under left ear to under right ear) are all together and done right. They often only do so many grafts at time and one line scare for each set, up to 3 I think.

Now in addition to seeing a "butcher job" what has kept me from doing this is current research and very near trials in China for what is basially cloned haired. Current technology only permits a minimum number of grafts (around 4600 +/- all in one procedure or spread out) which can do a good job but why have the back of your head butchered and scalp reset if you can hold out say 3 years or so and have basically unlimited hair and no scalp or butchering on back of head?
