Gyms in medellin!

There are lots of good gyms around Medellin but it all depends on if you want to keep in shape or be seen keeping in shape with all the beautiful people fighting for a place in front of the mirrors. If you want up market, El Tesoro or on of the en forma gyms, If you are staying in Laureles, there´s a good one on la 78 called el Molino.

Anyway, they are all over the place.

It's all about keeping in shape with me, it really doesn't matter who watching me..now if they are watching me then they are not working out..lol. I'm so excited to visit one of the most BEAUTIFUL city. I have heard so much about Medellin, fo course good and bad..of course the good out weights the bad. All I know is I can't wait to see all the BEAUTIFUL people fighting for a place in front of the mirrors..lol lol. By the way guys I'll be staying at the Casa Victoria Hotel. So if there a gym in walking or jogging distance then that would be great..I'm sure as my traveling date get closer, I'll have more question. Thanks for all the help guys you'll are the best.

There are no Golds gyms in Medellin.

I would suggest Bodytech Gym at Premium Plaza shopping mall, it is a nice facility and centrally located very close to El poblado. It will run you about $10 a day.
