Guys -- Watch your scalps... yes your scalps!

Rumor has it there is this new crime going on in the streets of bogota, where a bunch of crazy colombianas run around in pumps and flirt with guys. Once the guys falls prey to their female "encantos" the ladies proceed to scalp the man. The scalps are then sold to wig manufacturers. Blonde haired males are particularly in danger since so many colombianos want to buy blonde wigs to see if they can pass for gringos and get yelled at by hot women in passing cars.
