And as for barranquilla, they are the proudest people in all south america and enjoy only chit that is typical to our region.
Barranquillleros don't have the need or desire to be or act like other people, if you want to see that chit, best places are medellin and bogota.

Yeah I think your pretty off with your analysis that all punks are neo-nazis. As in other parts of the world, the punk community is dominantly on the left side of things - its usually a rebellion against perceived forms of fascism and violence. The skinhead thing is an offshoot of the progressive punks and, yes, they do exist in Colombia, at least, in Medellín. Those are going to be the right-wing, white-centric types. Let´s not generalize them as all punks though, they are the exception, not the rule.
