Hello, Anyone ever been there? It looks nice. I was wondering if it's cool for a Gringo, & his Novia to travel there. Like in the FARC/Paramilitary? It's 71 miles down the coast from Cartagena. Near San Antero. You can fly into Monteria. But you have to go thru Bogota. For $261 each, seems like you can rent a limo/taxi for a lot cheaper. Looks like it's located near the Natural Chorale of the Rosary & San Bernardo refuge. Like a park. Coral, I presume. Lots of Seafood. What about the Mercury around that area. Do you need Yellow Fever shots? Read that somewhere.Heard the fishing was great at the Sinu River. Anyway to get there by boat?, From Baru? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Buongone

I've been there and I liked it - no safety problems. Just take the bus. Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
