Gringloid

Sorry I missed your question in the other post.

Yes we have been to the Nazca a couple of times. The cebiche is some of the best I have ever had and has a good wine list mostly from Chile.
Closed Sunday. Weekdays and Saturday open at noon then close about 3:30 then open again at six for dinner. Mrs. Gator thinks the atmosphere is too "sterile" so it's not high on the list-but I like it.

Very popular and the times we have passed it crowded.

We thought it was just a strange restaurant with those stairs in the front. Mrs Gringoloid likes the place because her best friend is from Chile.

I see they get a lot of business from the Chilean Embassy across the street.

I didn't think it really needed remodeling but it was closed in January on Mrs Gringoloids birthday. There are a lot of cool restaurants in that area, including Abalonga.

We're going to have to stop in again.

Thanks for the tip Mr and Mrs Gator & Gringoloid

We´re planning that trip and that info comes at the perfect time.
Any other suggestions while in Peru (Lima, Arequipa, Cuzco, Puno)?
( i know there is NOTHING related to Colombia in this...)

tejas.............i've been communicating on private mail with ray and roberto about the move. i finally sold my home in california but it will be in escrow for another 3 weeks and some time to receive the check and get that all straightened out.

i may have to come to mde and live for a month until i can decide.

i like the cold here in BTA, but the altitude is killing me. my hypertension was bad in Los Angeles at sea level, but it is really bad at 8661 feet.

my meds make me over heat at night; even with the window open right next to the bed and no blanket with my fan on, i'm burnin up.

i'm afraid i might have a stroke at this altitude. MDE is roughly half the altitude.

i'd like to start a support group for people with HTN here in colombia.
