GREAT ROOMS COMING UP FOR RENT IN LAURELES - MEDELLIN

Hi All,

I will have two rooms that will be available in the next month in my beautiful fully furnished apartment in Laureles- Medellin.

I am Australian, my boyfriend who lives with me is Colombian, we have had flat mates from all over the world, from Colombia, to Ireland, Israel and more.....

The complex itself is the main attraction, don't waste your money on a gym membership, the complex has a fully equiped gym, it has a semi olympic swimming pool, a sauna, and 2 soccer courts, basketball court, volleyball court, grocery store and a very friendly atmosphere.

TRANSPORT- We are located 2 blocks from calle 35, where you can catch the bus to the centro, EAFIT university, UPB university amongst many other places. You can also catch a bus to ESTADIO metro and from there take a train to wherever. I do this every day as I work in Poblado- It doesn't take that long, around 20 - 30 mins depending on traffic. A taxi from right outside the house costs around 9000 pesos to Poblado.

Things to do in Laureles! Contrary to what the gringo trail says there is alot more to medellin than Parque LLeras..... Our flat is situated very close to calle 33 and la 70 both full of bars and restaurants, equally as charming as parque lleras, and slightly cheaper.

Room One-Double bed, cupboard, side desk, sheets, pillows, and blankets
PRICE- we are asking 580 000 pesos per month which in Dollars is around $315-320 .

Room two- double bed, side desk, t.v with cable
PRICE- we are asking 610 000pesos per month.
This prices for both rooms includes
all utilities- you do not have to pay any extra for bills!
High speed internet - wi fii so use your lap top or feel free to use one of ours.
Access to a real gym- with all equipment, and classes as well ( spin/weights/and more)
Use of swimming pool and Steam room- The heart of the complex is the pool, a great place to relax, make new friends, girlfriends
Pool Table/Table Tennis area
Soccer/Basketball/and Volleyball Court.
Free Use of telephone for local calls. ( wihin reason ie not talking to your girlfriendfor 2 hours daily)

EXTRA COSTS- optional. We have a someone come in once a week to clean the house and do our washing and ironing, It is usually 10 000 per person once a week. Your choice if you would like this or not.

I am in one of the rooms right now and can recommend it highly. The internet is fast, the complex is secure with friendly people, the area is nice (Champion's Club is not a far walk to watch any sporting event in the world that you may fancy) and Tal and her boyfriend are very nice.
