I am an Aussie girl living in the beautiful city of Medellin with my boyfriend who is Colombian. We have a room available in our apartment.

The apartment is spacious, modern and bright, with two balconies. The complex itself is great, we have 3 swimming pools, a gym, tennis court etc, security, sauna and more......

The apartment is located in Laureles, a safe and beautiful area, very central,one block to public transport and 10 minutes to almost everywhere.

Direct bus to EAFIT and UPB for those studying Spanish.

We are charging US$ 315 per month
Daily-$20.00
This price includes, all utilities, internet and access to all facilities that the complex offers.
