It's for rent, but I know for a fact the owner might consider selling. There was a prior posting about that apartment, and I went to check it out a couple of weeks ago. I was actually helping out an Australian body who just arrived.
It´s quite nice and we would've taken it immediately, but we found something closer to Pepe Sierra, where is office is located.
