good cheap motels in colombia

Hello,

I will go 27 october to colombia. I will stay a few days in bogota and continue my journey up north. I will probably stay in San Gil and Baricha. Does anybody knows any good cheap hotels in these towns. Cartagena will be next..Does anybody have some idea's?
