I can't believe the number one tourist attracation in Bogota is closed for remodleing. They will be closed for 2 months. Also, the Boltera museum is closed on Tuedays. The day didn't start out well but I managed to find many things to do. The National museum is great. Also, thanks for the pizza place suggestion. I had lunch there. It was good. Two Margarita slices with two beers for less than 5 buck.

However, as I grew up and learned more about Colombian history, my opinion changed somewhat. I still think it is beautiful, but now it just serves as a testament to the unfathomable evils that one group of my ancestors visited upon another group of my ancestors in the name of gold and God.
