Going to Manizales Columbia and I dont speak Spanish....Any advice?

I am traveling to Manizales Columbia for two weeks in the middle of October. Is there anything I should know about the county and the Manizales area. I dont speak any Spanish and I have never been to Columbia. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you...
