Going to Cali

I am going to Cali in February for one week. Could some one give me names of clubs, discos to go to? I was in Cali for Christmas and Ney Years and I had a great time. I went to the Festival, Bull Fights, Las Caldas, concert and all kind of good stuff. I am basically going now to go dancing, meet women and have fun. My favorite type of music is Electronic / Trance but I know how to dance Salsa and Merengue. If anyone could help me I would appreciated.

You sound like you know your way around so this may not be new to you: En la sexta, Douglas, Brisas something, Tropicali(preferably upstairs with suave salsa & light merengue, the environment is relaxed; presentable, it's nice for a low key night with a girl but don't expect Salsa pesada; they also have a hotel adjcent toit or in the smae quarters I think), Tobys was not bad at all, La Pollera Colorada was pretty cool in an area called Melga(r?) by where the tascas used to be during the feria & a bunch of others I don't recall. Another spot called Tienda Vieja down south. Enjoy, Be Safe!

Juanchito-lots of clubs outside Cali. Mostly salsa.
Forum, in la Octava Norte, electronic music, nice girls.
Tintindeo- salsa club, just old salsa.
El Desván, turning left from the blockbuster on 6ta, salsa and rock music.
Menga it's what Angel mentions, its outside Cali as well, and a place called Bahiao, I used to go there when I was in school, so I don't know if it's still around, but tha area is a safe bet.

? Are Juanchito, Octava Norte and Bahiao barrios of Cali or different cities altogether ?

Flores Frescas What about Flores Frescas? Don't remember exactly where it's located, but it's a nice place to pick up chicks if you're ugly and can't dance. Well, not really "pick up". I think the word "pick up" entails some sort of effort being made.

I am not ugly and I can dance Electronic/Trance, Salsa and Merengue. I can not dance those other Colombian dances. Keep on giving me places.

Peter Miami, Tardes Caleñas is on the south end... A little ways past the stadium, you'll probably ride down Roosvelt Ave, which ends close to the church El Templete, past wich you'll find Tardes Caleñas 2 blocks further.
