Giving a Cell Phone as a Gift!..

I will be in Cartagena next sunday and i have to cell phones that i dont use anymore. They are both operated by SIM cards. The first one is a motorola and the second one is a samsung. They were both operated by T-Mobile. The problem is that my girlfriend had her cellphone stolen in Bogota and a nice cell phone is expensive out there and i have the resources, so i want to help her out.
I want to give it to her as a surprise with the activation included!
