Girls' Schools in Medellin

Does anyone know the names of some of Medellin's "elite" girls' schools? Where do the rich people send their daughters? Also: Do most of the upper class girls end up going to college/university, if so, where do rich people's daughters go to college after a schooling in Medellin?

Schools Marymount (catholic, all girls),and the Columbus School (no religious affiliation that I know, and co-ed if I remember correctly), certainly. Also Gimnasio Los Pinares (all girls, catholic Opus Dei).

Most upper class girls go to college. When they stay in Medellin that usually means La Bolivariana (catholic), and EAFIT (no religious affiliation), a pretty good “Instituto tecnológico offering economics, finance, engineering degrees etc. Remember that in Colombia students go straight to professional schools (no liberal arts education.

In general, but not always, the state university (Universidad de Antioquia) is shunned by the elite.

la ENSEÑANZA My wife told me this is another one, and Colegeatura de deseno is a university located in las palmas. They have fashion design graphic design ,and culinary arts programs. I think it is one of the better known privite universities.
