Well.. a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. Some of his advice was good but I live in Bogotá too and in Colombia for a lot of years. It is not as bad as he went on, abet somewhat hysterically at times. There are other who post who will be able to offer good advice.

Quite frankly GIB has become a "Un Ave de Mal Aguero" which is the Colombian term for a Chicken Little running around crying "The sky is falling, the sky is falling!" I just think a lot of people said, "Wait a minute. It CAN'T be THIS bad."
