Is there any way to get married in bogota without any one knowing or without showing it on papers?

You are not giving enough information. What is your goal? For example: If you want to get married and are not elligable to be married (such that you are already married somewhere else) then marry in San Andreas. They do not ask for divorce papers there. You will have all the papers to say your married but it would not technically be a legal marriage.

The best way would be to not get married and just pretend you are like any other married couple and stop having sex, with each other.

One of the oddest questions I've ever read on a message board.

I am going to make a guess here but I am assuming the question about getting married without any record may be related to a pending K1 visa and wanting to get married in Colombia first. I think I read posts form her before about the visa and marriage process. But who knows.

I would think that at minimum at LEAST three persons would need to know. The two parties getting married and the person performing the marriage; thus, I would say that it is impossible.

Legally it would be bigamy.

Plan 1 would be to find a "minister" from a small rather obscure denomination have him provide the ceremony and marriage certificate. As long is is NOT reported to a notary there will be no record. You problem will arise when you are asked to produce a copy authenticated in Colombia by a notary. That will be accepted as proof of marriage in the USA.

Ah ha! The Catch 22. When and if you make application for a K-3 spouse visa for the USA you MUST provide a certified, notarized copy of your marriage to the consular section of the embassy. Therefore Plan 1 turns to s--t.
