Catfish35 says on Nov 9, 2008, 01:03: Es correcto..A visa to Costa Rica is very difficult. Not just because they are a mini USA but indeed the fact that the place is over whelmed with illegals there looking for work. They have it worse than USA because CR gets it from both ends Colombianos Y Nicos..for the most part "So many guns, and so few brains". sam spade 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

guacharaca says on Nov 9, 2008, 09:42: Just recently Costa Rica changed their rules such that a Colombian does not need a visa if she/he has a PR card or a green card.
