what city?? Have your novia talk to a notaria. I am planning to get married in Medellin in about 6 weeks so I will know a bunch more by then.
But it seems to me that all you need to take with you is passport, birth certificate with apostille and divorce papers with apostille.

My wife is Colombian and we were married in Colombia in 1996 at a notaria. Back then I had my passport, birth certificate (note of advice - get an official copy of your BC unless you are willing to hand over the original - mine is pasted into some book at the notaria in Popayan!) I also had to get a letter from a registrar in the UK to testify that I was single (this involved a notice being placed at the local registry office for 27 days) As you have papers to prove you are divorced - should be OK, but suggest you check with the notaria. They will normally give you a list of things to take (then ask for something not on the list when you arrive!!) Also if you plan to come back and live to the UK it is worth having photos taken at your wedding. I know this sounds stupid, but there's one woman at the British Embassy in Bogota who is a COW - she asked to see wedding pictures (as part of my wife's visa interview) My wife challenged her on this and she eventually backed down.
If you plan to live in Colombia and get a cedula extranjero you will need a letter form the police in the UK to say you do not have a criminal record (I think it's called a certificate of good conduct) DAS (in Colombia) normally ask for this.

I hope this lot helps.
