getting from Costa Rica to Colombia and back

I'm going to Costa Rica for business in a few weeks, and I had hoped to have an amiga come visit me there from Colombia. Since it is difficult to get a visa, I may try to go to Medellin from there.

What airlines go from Costa Rica to Medellin or Bogota?
