Brody, I like that idea. I was originally thinking of having a banner with a message hung on one of the big buildings and then having her see it with the big eyes up there. I don't know how I could pull it off though. Plus, all it would take is one fat cloud to ruin it.

Go to Tramonti. It is a french style chateau/w a restaurant on the road to La Calera. It is in Barrio Chico Alto Cra 1- No 93-50. Great views of the city. Actually, there are a lot of places over there, that are pretty good. But, you indicated you are not clubbers.

Another idea, is go to Sopo and do the tandem parapenting thing for 90k, and have yourself a banner, with a proposal - Will you marry me, as you are landing with your instructor. Then, you have your picnic basket, with goodies and such, for a great picnic lunch. It is not that far from Bogota at the same time.
