geckos

only this afternoon I was informed that these cute little nocturnal insectivorous terrestrial lizards with immovable eyelids that live here in my abode in abundance use a mating call like a tapping sound, a very loud tapping sound, Ha, how many times have I set off from the west wing here in the dragonfly only to find an empty threshold awaiting me when I thought it could be a bedraggled backpacker, Whippersnappers those cheeky lizards.

Barrumundi thanks for posting the photo. Now I know what a gecko is and I think I see it on tv commercials for geico auto insurance.
