It starts today.

This time two years ago you could buy toilet paper in the big packs at about 7 cents a roll.

If anyone sees anything outragous like cheap ass wipe, food, booze or domestics, please post here. I'm hitting Carrefour and Exito today but I don't really need that much. I will keep my eyes open.
