Gamblers

Hey there. I like to play Roulette a bit. Never win, but enjoy the odd game. Does anyone know if there is a roulette table in Medellin and Bogota that has plays to the Eurpoean table rules ie only 1 x 0 (not a 00) and that your even bets go in prison when the ball lands in the 0 ?

Just trying to improve my suckers odds and not loose so much. My Martingale system of doubling bets usually had me up money till I (always) get greedy and loose it again!! So a table that has a small staring minimum with a larger bet maximum is also an advantage.
