G325a Question and letter

Aight we filled out the i 129f with all the info and photos and tickets we could and we go tto the G325A one i think its called and its 4 pages of the same thing so does /fiance fill out 4 pages and i fill out 4 pages then staple them or paper clip together or something?

kinda seems wierd that they want the the same info 4 times from each of us and then do we send the g325a form with the /i-129f form ?all in one big folder?

and also does anyone know the letter that states that we do hereby agree to marry within 90 days of her arrival,,, do we need both addresses on same sheet of paper with 2 signatures and 2 printed names? or 2 diff sheets that say the same thing just with the names switched and addresses switched

thx again we almost done then can send it in!!!!

If you look at the bottom left of each form, you will see that they have different codes. Each copy of the form is meant to be sent to a particular agency or office that will help process your petition and application.

Go to VisaJourney.com. Look in the forums under the K-1 Fiance visa. If you search that forum, you will likely find examples of the letter. If not, post a request and someone should be able to provide an example.

1. G325a - You will need to fill out all 4 sheets. Your fiance will need to fill out all 4 sheets. If you fill out the first one using Adobe, the other 3 should be automatically filled. And like CG said all 4 pages are individually numbered.

2. You will need a letter of intent, stating that you are free and willing to marry your fiance within 90 days upon arrival using the K1 Visa. The same goes for your fiance. So 2 seperate letters of intent.

3. Go to visajourney.com

Shadowknight,

The g-325A that you can download from USCIS is fillable, but not savable. In other words, you can fill it out in Acrobat as Lucho says, and print it, but you cannot save it for later use unless you have the full Acrobat.

Consequently, I modified it in Acrobat so it can be saved from the free Acrobat Reader. You can find it on VisaJourney. Just do a search in the K-3 forum for "Savable G-325A" and you can download the savable PDF.

Whatever you do don't photocopy your signatures. Many people use a blue pen so they can be sure that they are all signed originals. RFEs have occurred for this believe it or not.
