This may be a silly question but...... I have been a member for 16 weeks +/- and have been browsing for some time now....... I am now beginning the process (hopefully and easy one) of I-129F..... One of the documents that I need to send along is the G-325A form for myself (completed and signed) and one for my fiance (completed and signed)... I am assuming his needs to be in Spanish...... right? Or can he fill out the G-325A in English (he's not too fluent... yet)????? If not, does it need to be translated or is the form available in Spanish somewhere? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

utopiacowboy says on Feb 1, 2006, 12:50: The G325A goes to the USCIS and it needs to be in English. All the forms and documents you send to them need to be in English or translated into English if they are in another language. The embassy on the other hand will take everything in Spanish. skemper19 says on Feb 1, 2006, 13:24: So I can fill it out for him and have him sign it? Since one of the G-325A's has to be filled out and signed by him, Do you think/ know if it's a good idea for me to fill it out for him and then send to him to have him sign and send back to me in order to send with the initial application? Sorry for all the questions, I just don't want to mess this up... at all!!!!! :)

utopiacowboy says on Feb 2, 2006, 09:39: Skemper19, yes, you can fill them out for him/her but you have to have 4 originals. Do NOT have him sign one and photocopy that signed copy. When you print off the form from the USCIS web site, there are 4 originals to complete and sign as originals. bobbyb says on Feb 2, 2006, 17:32: call us if you need more help. Just make sure that his address is correct. The mail is awful in colombia. If you receive mail from the NVC before he does you need to start looking out for him.
