Hey I just finished sending my i-130 and g-325a for my wife. I've confirmed this info because my brother went thru this process already. when you're sending you g-325a there are two forms (8 sheets in total) one for you and one for your wife. the one that is for you that section you are questioning would be of your wife's info. the form for your wife would have your info in that section. hope this helps..
