Furniture Rental Places In Medellin

i am considering an unfurnished apartment for a 3 month rental in medellin. perhaps a year. we will see.

are there furniture rental places where i can go and pick out my own furniture?

will i have to prepay the 3 months / year in advance as a gringo?

prices?

Colombians can't afford to rent furniture or appliances, so I seriously doubt such places exist. Best thing would be to rent a furnished apartment for the 3 months you'll be there.

There are a few second hand furniture stores around Medellin. One alternative would be to buy a range of furniture from there, then leave it on consignment to sell once you depart the city.

When are you coming to Medellin? If you're arriving soon and would consider renting a furnished place for a few months, I may have something for you. PM if interested.

I am moving in the next few days and putting my furniture into storage, it´s all pretty new. I have everything from Bed, Washing machine, Fridge, pots pans down to tea spoons. If you wanted to rent it, i´m sure we could make a deal and get some kind of contract written up.
