I'm renting a recently remodeled and fully furnished small studio apartment in a very tranquil and safe cul-de-sac in "el Norte", the north area of Cali (centrally located between Avenida de Las Americas and the Cali River).

The studio includes kitchenette with compact fridge, TV, and storage area.

The price is $60.000 COP per day or $600.000 COP per month, which includes all utilities (including hot water, cable tv service, and broadband internet hookup) except phone line.

Also included: weekly basic cleaning, with change of sheets and towels.

Optional: Computer, phone and phone line, cell phone, additional cleaning service, access to washing machine, bike.
